Symptoms

While trying to import "Geographies" through Import management getting the below error.

Error Message -

"Exception in File Import Batch Process with Exception : oracle.as.scheduler.ExecutionErrorException: oracle.as.scheduler.RuntimeServiceAccessControlException: ESS-02002 User 4351310 does not have sufficient privilege to perform operation submitRequest JobDefinition://oracle/apps/ess/cdm/foundation/bulkImport/OdiImportJobLevelPostProcessParent.
