Goal

Why STG POM is having below behavior (see attached POM_Screen)?

1. All jobs are in completed status.
2. POM shows "patch mode" even maintenance was already completed.
3. Some features are disabled while a schedule is in a failed state.
4. Schedule Import Failed.
