ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using Commitment Funding - when the total line item amount is already assigned, users are unable to remove the funding.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To be able to remove funding from without issues.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Access Unifier as a user with permission to the Project/Shell.
  2. Navigate to the Project -> Open the Business Process record with the Commitment Funding.
  3. Open the Funding Sheet, enter an amount (ex: -51395.83) under a Fund Code.
  4. Click the Save button.
  5. Observe that nothing seems to happen in the Funding Sheet window and the entry is not saved.
