When ZENGIN FB file has CSV extension, like arlockboximportzenginr_20230523.csv, ZENGIN Lockbox failed to derive customer based on KANA mapping.

Looking at AR_PAYMENTS_INTERFACE_ALL table, ATTRIBUTE2 and ATTRIBUTE4 has garbled string, ATTRIBUTE3 is blank.
