Symptoms

User added "Run Payroll Costing Results" report to a custom payroll flow "X Simplified Payroll" as a task within.
When submitting 'ROLL BACK ALL' action, then this task is not getting rolled back, it is always going back to Completed status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Adding "Run Payroll Costing Results" report to a custom payroll flow cycle.
2. Trying to submit 'ROLL BACK ALL' action.
3. This added task is not getting rolled back.
