Trying to access Visual Builder in Oracle Cloud Applications as outlined in the following document:

When clicking on the suggested link, the following message is returned:

No setup has been performed with regards to roles for the preferred user, so an attempt is made to use the following documentation:

How Do I Assign the Roles?

to assign the necessary users to the roles.  When looking at the section concerning the assigning of users to roles in IDCS, the Service listed in the documentation to assign the appropriate users to is not found.
