Symptoms

On : NA version, Documents Server

PDF incorrect displayed in Oracle Content and Experience Cloud

Customer stores PDF files inside OCM and displays them on the customer portal using the OCM iframe integration.

Seems customer has a PDF that is not readable and it seems the issue is with the OCM viewer (PDF is not readable when opened inside OCM).

How could customer improve the situation (change the PDF version, correction on OCM side,...) for this specific PDF?
