Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Not Able to Fill Job Requisition That Has More Than 50 Applicants (Doc ID 2951333.1)

Symptoms

Problem:

When a recruiter tries to manually fill a job requisition that has more than 50 applicants a warning message appears:

This requisition will soon be automatically filled. When it's filled, all active job applications will be rejected.

 After clicking OK to the above warning, the recruiter navigates back to the job requisition and finds that it was not filled and it remains open.

 Steps:

  1. Navigate to Hiring
  2. Locate the job requisition
  3. Click Action > Fill Job Requisition
  4. Click OK to the Warning: This requisition will soon be automatically filled. When it's filled, all active job applications will be rejected.
  5. Navigate back to the job requisition and see that it is not filled and is still open
