Symptoms

Getting error when trying to schedule Run Feature Upgrade process for T&L absence new integration

There is a new feature in 23B upgrade
TIME AND LABOR AND ABSENCE MANAGEMENT INTEGRATION ENHANCEMENTS

We have followed the steps provided to create lookup. After this when we are following the mentioned steps, we are getting error:
In the Setup and Maintenance work area, on the Tasks panel, click Search.
On the Search page, search for and click Feature Upgrades.
On the Process Flow page, click Schedule.
On the Schedule page, click Run Feature Upgrade.
On the Schedule: Run Feature Upgrade page, complete the fields.

While selecting Feature as 'Upgrade Time Repository for Absences', it is giving remote region error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

In the Setup and Maintenance work area, on the Tasks panel, click Search.
On the Search page, search for and click Feature Upgrades.

On the Schedule: Run Feature Upgrade page, complete the fields.
