Custom Gatekeeper Law checklist not triggered as expected.

The seeded Gatekeeper law checklist was duplicated and few tasks were added to it, under the same checklist category.
There is a leave which is added to seeded "Gatekeeper Law" absence category; there is a absence added and a case defined for it, which shows the start date of the absence case.

When running the ESS "Allocate Gatekeeper Law Checklist Tasks", the custom checklist is not triggered.
