Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Global Payroll
When attempting to run Recalculate Payroll for Retroactive Process,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

A system error SQL-2112: SELECT..INTO returns too many rows occurred in table pay_payroll_actions at location 4576. Contact your helpdesk.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Recalculate payroll for retroactive Process;
2. Error returned.
