This document is intended to address several common questions about deploying Progressive Web Applications (PWA) Push Notifications as well as provide general troubleshooting guidelines.

 General Troubleshooting:
 Notifications shows as "Not Supported"
 On Windows Desktop, Notifications are not appearing
 On iOS, the User settings page shows "Not Supported"
 Notifications are not being delivered to my device
 
 This device failed to enable push notifications
 
 Changing the application alias blocks future delivery of push notifications
 ORA-24247: network access denied by access control list (ACL):
 ORA-29260: network error: TNS:operation timed out
 
 ORA-29024: Certificate validation failure
