ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

View Payslips page display payslips prior to the set Payslip Availability date.
The Document of records page doesn’t show the respective payslips. The Payslip Availability Date has been configured as 17/4/YYYY, but it’s available for user on 14/4/YYYY.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Me > Pay > My payslips to display payslips only on and after the Payslip availability date
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set the payslip availability date on the payroll definition
2. Run Generate payslips, prior to the availability date
3. Notice that payslip is displayed on a date prior to the availability date
