Symptoms
Sometimes, in OTM, customer experiences that, System is not considering the suggested orientations in the 3D Load Configuration and giving the output with different orientation.
For Example:
3D Load Configuration has been set up with suggested orientation of PRONE WIDTHWISE and ONSIDE WIDTHWISE.
But, when Order Release is planned into Shipments, one or more Shipment Ship Units are oriented as ONSIDE LENGTHWISE.
