RPAS Cloud: UI Performance Is Slow when Building and Opening Workbooks or Executing Commits (Doc ID 2952298.1)

Symptoms

Users are experiencing slow performance in the application UI. This performance issue is occurring for all activities such as building a workbook, opening a workbook, committing a workspace.  

Requesting an application container/server restart will help for a day or so but then the slow performance returns.
