Symptoms
When a Business Process (BP) record containing a Data Element (DE) using a SYS Auto Sequence type Data Definition (DD) to assign unique numbers to a record, and a record is Terminated before reaching the Terminal Status, and the user attempts to create BP record data by way of CSV and/or Excel file import:
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When importing a CSV file no record is created and no error message is given.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The records to be created or an error message to be given.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Attempt to import the impacted CSV/Excel file.
- Observe it does not give an error nor does it create records.
