Business Process Record Creation By Way Of CSV Import Fails with No Error Message (Doc ID 2952445.1)

When a Business Process (BP) record containing a Data Element (DE) using a SYS Auto Sequence type Data Definition (DD) to assign unique numbers to a record, and a record is Terminated before reaching the Terminal Status, and the user attempts to create BP record data by way of CSV and/or Excel file import:

When importing a CSV file no record is created and no error message is given.

The records to be created or an error message to be given.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Attempt to import the impacted CSV/Excel file.
  2. Observe it does not give an error nor does it create records.
