Unable to see Cancel and Email Buttons Correctly in Email Popup (Doc ID 2952455.1)

Symptoms

Email popup window display issue.

When clicking the email action a popup window is displayed to send an email, but the email and cancel buttons are not present in the popup window because they are off the screen. End users need to zoom out to access the buttons since there is no scroll bar either.
