While running payroll process when Net Pay is zero Transfer to GL is not happening and not fetching in the report but the amount 0 should be fetched in report.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define Net Pay with 0 value
2. Run Payroll for current month
3. Notice that Transfer to GL is not fetching data in the report.
