PRC:PO: Bill-to Location LOV Displays <BR> Tags in the Address Column

Symptoms
While editing a Purchase Order (PO), when searching for a Bill-to Location, the LOV displays <BR>. But the Ship-to Location LOV does not display <BR>.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Buyer is updating a PO > Buyer opens the Bill-to Location LOV and clicks Search
2. LOV displays addresses with <BR>..<BR>FRANCE
3. Bill-to location setup:
Main Address:
..FRANCE
- Intentionally enter "." in the address because there is no physical
location for the Bill to Location.
4. But the issue still occurs when the Buyer uses a Bill-to Location where
the address does not have "."
