RIB-EXT Stopped Processing Messages from MFCS to External after Patching (Doc ID 2952692.1)

Goal

Once the environment was patched, RIB-EXT stopped working. Below error seen in the adapter log:

Caused by: com.sun.xml.ws.fault.ServerSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server: The security token could not be authenticated or authorized; nested exception is org.apache.wss4j.common.ext.WSSecurityException:
The security token could not be authenticated or authorized Please see the server log to find more detail regarding exact cause of the failure.
