Fusion Global HR: Unable to find certain employees from the Global Search bar (Doc ID 2952723.1)

Some employees are unable to be found when using the Oracle Search features (Global Search bar, Redwood pages, etc.) even after re-running the ingestion job.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Home Page > Global Search
  2. Confirm some employees are not found but can be searched for from other pages (i.e. Person Management)
  3. Re-run the ingestion job and verify it completes successfully > Confirm these employees still cannot be found
