Project Checker Option is Greyed Out When Logged In as a non-Admin Superuser (Doc ID 2952774.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When logged into P6 as a non-Admin Superuser, the Project Checker is greyed out.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The Project Checker option should not be visible for non Admin Superusers.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 as non Admin Superuser.
  2. Open the Activities page.
  3. Go to Actions, Report.
  4. Notice the Project Checker option is greyed out.
