ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When creating a new Journey via the Journeys interface, the "Application Task" type doesn't show up when creating a new task within a new Journey. It is still visible when going through Manage Checklists and creating a new Task in the Task library, but not via the Journeys interface

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to see Application task in Journeys UI.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups > Journeys > Create a new journey > New task > The "Application Task" type doesn't show up when creating a new task within a new Journey
