Symptoms

 While proceed to Upload Tax implementation Workbook with preference of
language in Spanish, in order to update a supplier, the file is uploaded and
the process is executed with no error message, it does not load the data in
the party tax classification.

While proceed to Upload Tax implementation Workbook with preference of
language in English, again the process ends correctly, the party tax
classification data is correctly loaded in the supplier profile.
