Performance Issue For Single User (Doc ID 2953182.1)

Symptoms

User reported that a single user was experiencing application slowness  in multiple flows:


   1. Go to  Navigator >> Accounts >> Page was taking around 1 minute to load.

   2. Go to Navigator >> Open an opportunity >> Team  sub tab >> Click on Cancel >> page stays like this for a while.

   3. Issue would appear intermittently on other flows also.
