Symptoms

While doing asset transfer in 23B environment, users get the following error:

ERROR

ORA-00904: "LOCSTRUCTUREINSTANCENUMBER": invalid identifier



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Environment has Segment Security enabled on Location Flexfield Segment

SECURITY_ENABLED_ FLAG = yes

Attempt Asset transfer in the UI and gets error
