Goal

After loading the ORGANIZATION.csv and ORGANIZATION_ALT.csv, a customer realized a few mistakes which necessitated reloading the files.

They executed the following steps:
1- run C_LOAD_DATES_CLEANUP_ADHOC
2- truncate W_INT_ORG_D , W_INT_ORG_DH and W_INT_ORG_ATTR_D tables
3- run W_INT_ORG_DH_TYPE1_JOB, W_INT_ORG_D_TYPE1_JOB and W_INT_ORG_DH_RTL_TMP_JOB
4- run RSE job to send to AIF and PDS job to send to planning

The LOAD_PDS_DIMENSION_PROCESS_ADHOC completed sucessfully, but RSE_MASTER_ADHOC_PROCESS failed with ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX.

What additional cleanup is needed?
