Mobile Apps: BP Record Line Items Get Deleted When Record is Saved as Draft a Second Time (Doc ID 2953272.1)

On the Mobile App for both iOS and Android:


When creating a Business Process (BP) record, if the record is saved as a Draft before sending to next step, and there are line items created, when another Draft is saved, one line item is deleted. This happens every time a Draft is overwritten, and it occurs on a record that does not have a record number assigned to it. Once the record is submitted and has a record number, saving Drafts does not cause the issue to occur.


Line items should not get deleted when saving draft records.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier using the iOS or Android app
  2. Navigate to a BP
  3. Create a draft record of a line item BP and add line items
  4. Save a Draft of the record
  5. Edit the Draft
  6. Save the Draft again
