Unable To Move Activity From Map View To a Resource: Application Hangs

Symptoms
Not possible to move an activity from the Map view to a different resource via drag and drop.
Steps to reproduce:
- Login to OFS and go to Dispatch Console
- Split the screen
- Select the Map view in one of the screens, with a resource (e.g. bucket) selected that has activities
- Select a resource without any activities on his route in the other screen
- Move, via drag and drop, one activity from the Map view on the first screen to the resource selected on the 2nd screen
Application will hang.
