ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer has 2 contracts with the same contract number.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Contracts must not have the same contract number.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Contract with Number 1 - save it
2. Create another Contract with a different Contract Type from the first one, but also with Number 1 - save it
3. System shows 2 contracts with number 1.
