New Item Maintenance/New Item Management Encountering Error While Creation Since Updating to 19.0.013.20 (Doc ID 2953509.1)

Symptoms

Since updating to 19.0.013.20, when trying to create New Item Maintenance and New Item Management workbooks an error is generated.


Error Message:

"CancelWizardException: Pre-range masking resulted in an empty set for 'prod' wizard. Workbook cannot be built"



Steps to recreate issue;

1. Log into the Environment
2. Go to New Item Maintenance/New Item Management creation
3. Create new workbook

Error occurred after opening creating New Item Management/Maintenance wizard
