Symptoms

When creating a new Log View (View > Create New View):

Expected Result

When a custom Log View all available items should be seen at all times when moving them back and forth between the 'Available Columns' and 'Selected Columns' blocks.

Actual Result

When creating a new Log View (View > Create New View) when different items are moved back and forth between the 'Available Columns' and 'Selected Columns' block: Sometimes all of the items will be seen between the two blocks, and then other times only some of the items are seen. Moving the items back and forth causes an item(s) to go missing or made visible again.

Steps to Reproduce

Anywhere that supports "View > Create New View", move the items back and forth between the 'Available Columns' block and the 'Selected Columns' block.

Notice that sometimes all of the items are seen between the two blocks and at other times they are not.
