Transaction Sequencing Not Operating As Expected For Calculations (Doc ID 2953567.1)

Symptoms

When calculating multiple transactions for individual participants on the same day the expectation is to be able to use the BU Settings to identify and leverage a calculation sequence.
When the transactions are set on date 1, 2, 3 and then calculated by each day in sequence the results are all correct.
But, when calculate multiple transactions (each with a progressing sequence number) all within the same date the 2nd, 3rd, etc. do not seem to be aware of the sequencing guidance.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Manage Parameters, set [ Order Transactions with Same Date By] = Calc Sequence ( ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER15 )
2. Recompile performance measures
3. Load transactions
4. Run Calculation
