Applies to:
Primavera Unifier Cloud Service - Version 23.3 to 23.5 [Release 23.3 to 23.5]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
In the Subject line of the Unifier task email notification from a Business Process, certain workflow statuses (e.g. {bp.status} = Project_Created, and Pending_Data) are not getting translated and are displayed in English instead of the language of preference defined for the user.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
The workflow statuses as part of the Subject line of the Unifier task email notification from a Business Process should be translated as per the values defined in the Internationalization log.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log in to Unifier.
- Verify that the workflow status field is part of the subject line for the task email notification.
- Verify that the translations are defined for the statuses (e.g. Project_Created, and Pending_Data) in the Internationalization log.
- Navigate to Project_XYZ > Business Process_ABC > +Create a Business Process record and move the record forward to a status of Project_Created, OR Pending_Data with users in the To and CC field.
- Observe that the task email notification received by the user has the subject line translated except for the record status field if the value is e.g. Project_Created, OR Pending_Data.
