Symptoms

When attempting to run a Custom Report the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
Error Code: [Random Generated String] An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request. Contact your System Administrator referencing this error code [Random Generated String].

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to an impacted Project.
  2. Attempt to run any Custom Report.
  3. Observe error.
