The Annotation Feature on the Unifier Mobile iOS App Is Not Enabled As Expected (Doc ID 2953631.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

The user is not able to Annotate an image file using the Unifier Mobile iOS app on the iPad as the Annotate icon is unexpectedly disabled.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

The user should be able to Annotate and Save an image file using the Unifier Mobile iOS app on the iPad.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier Mobile iOS app using the iPad.
  2. Navigate to Project_XYZ > Business Process_01 > Open any record with an image file.
  3. Click on the image file. Observe that the Annotate icon is unexpectedly disabled.
  4. On clicking the 3 dots ... and selecting Annotations, observe that any annotation saved via the Unifier Cloud/ web instance can be viewed. However, no new annotations can be created.
