On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Shipping

When attempting to update the Ship method for shipment,
the following error occurs.

Error: The value provided for the Location attribute is invalid


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Use the ShipmentService webservice to update the ship method
