The shipment for transfers created in RMS is only possible for stores in shipping network
According to the user guided it should be possible to ship transfer when they come from RMS:
''if a list of stores gets excluded from the shipping network for Store A, those stores cannot be a destination store for Transfer documents and Transfers shipments originating from Store A, except for the transfers initiated by the Merchandising system.''
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Login in EICS -> Select store 30010 -> Tasks -> Admin -> Configuration -> Store Shipping network -> remove the check in stores 30017 and 30015
Login in EICS -> Select store 30011 -> Tasks -> Admin -> Configuration -> Store Shipping network -> remove the check in stores 30010 and 30001
Validate the user don't have the Override privilege

2.Login in SOCS in store 30010 -> Shipping and Receiving -> Transfer -> Validate transfer in SOCS (serach by doc external id=3003248318)
3.Login in SOCS in store 30010 -> Shipping and Receiving -> Transfer Shipment -> Create -> Click ''…''
