ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The shipment for transfers created in RMS is only possible for stores in shipping network
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
According to the user guided it should be possible to ship transfer when they come from RMS:
''if a list of stores gets excluded from the shipping network for Store A, those stores cannot be a destination store for Transfer documents and Transfers shipments originating from Store A, except for the transfers initiated by the Merchandising system.''
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Pre-requisite:
Login in EICS -> Select store 30010 -> Tasks -> Admin -> Configuration -> Store Shipping network -> remove the check in stores 30017 and 30015
Login in EICS -> Select store 30011 -> Tasks -> Admin -> Configuration -> Store Shipping network -> remove the check in stores 30010 and 30001
Validate the user don't have the Override privilege
1.Login in RMS -> Tasks -> Inventory -> Transfers -> Create and approve transfer
2.Login in SOCS in store 30010 -> Shipping and Receiving -> Transfer -> Validate transfer in SOCS (serach by doc external id=3003248318)
3.Login in SOCS in store 30010 -> Shipping and Receiving -> Transfer Shipment -> Create -> Click ''…''
Observe it is only possible to create the shipment for the stores in shipping network even when the transfer is created in RMS.
