OAC Cannot Connect To ADW Even After Resetting The Password and Unlocking the Account (Doc ID 2953859.1)

Symptoms

Password for the Connection between OAC and ADW expired. You have reset the password, unlock the account and updated the new password in the DV connection information.

Even after doing the above, OAC dashboards are not retrieving the data from ADW and the following errors are shown in the reports.
