Fusion Global HR: Manager's name is replaced with their Person ID in the Responsive UI (Doc ID 2953870.1)

When navigating through any Responsive UI workflow that includes the Manager Details region and attempting to change the employee's manager, the manager's name is replaced with their person ID. The person ID can be removed from the field but when the user attempts to search for the new manager by their name, no results are returned. This issue does not occur in the Classic UI via Person Management.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change Manager workflow > Continue to the Maintain Managers region > Verify the current manager's name is shown
2. Edit > Verify the manager's name is replaced with the person ID
3. Attempt to search for the new manager by their name > Verify no results are returned.
