PPN decomposed fah journals to Fact Accounting Entries Population process

1. The logs giving different record count getting loaded into Fact_Accounting_Entries(different from ppn_decomposed_fah_journals) as compared to the actual records
loaded in the same table. Confirmation required on this behavior

2. The records which are getting loaded from PPN to Fact Accounting Entries has only those accounts with Original Entry Id as Not Null.
The push of records to Fact Accounting Entries is skipping those records with Original Entry Id as Null. Confirmation required on this behavior
