When Attempting To Add Columns To A User Defined Report (UDR) the Add Button Does Nothing (Doc ID 2954105.1)

When attempting to Add columns during a User Defined Report (UDR) creation or edit, the "Add" button option does not work, nothing happens.

Drag & Drop works during creation and editing, but there are known and documented limitations with this functionality as noted here: Drag and Drop Usability Issues When Creating / Editing a User-Defined Report (UDR) (Doc ID 2854111.1)

The "right-click > Add" function should allow the addition of selected columns to the UDR.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier.
  2. Go to affected Project or Company Workspace (user mode)
  3. Navigate to Reports > User Defined Reports > Select an existing UDR
  4. Click on the Columns tab > Select an available column(s) > right click > Add > Nothing happens.
  5. With new column selected, you can drag and drop but you must drag to existing columns... when trying to drag below existing columns in the blank area, it does not work.
