Goal

By design, In DBCS Base Database only the last three Release Updates (RU) of a Database version are available for provisioning a DB System with an "Oracle Database Software Image".

E.g. For provisioning a DB System with DB version 19c when the last RU is 19.19, in OCI Console will be available 19.19, 19.18 & 19.17 only..

So, How can a DB System be provisioned with a DB Software version that is not available in console anymore.?
