Symptoms

When importing P6 xer file into OPC, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Import failed to complete successfully due to an exception. OracleDatabaseException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (T_SEED_PRIMEAPP_ADM.CO_CALENDAR_U1) violated ORA-06512: at line 1.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC.
  2. Navigate to view all projects->Actions->Import from P6.
  3. Select the P6 XER file.
  4. Job failed to complete.
  5. View Import log shows above error message.
