Symptoms

Container details screen display the item short description instead long description, even when the system is configured to display the item long description.

Steps to reproduce:

Prerequisite: Set system to show the long description in the UI.

1. Create/find item having different short vs long description.
2. Create a transfer shipment / container.
3. View how item description in SOCS versus EICS is displayed in the container details. It is Long in SOCS, while in EICS is short.
