Bulk Scan Does Not Support Scanning Of ISN IDs

Symptoms
Bulk scan does not accept ISN ID defined for the item, like others scanning options across the system.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Define an ISN for an item (item has entry in ITEM_ISN table).
2. Create an Ad Hoc stock count
3. In Count Items > Select bulk scan from three dot button
4. The Item is marked as invalid (shows in the "Bulk Scan" as invalid).
