“All character variables should be right-padded with blanks and left justified; all numerical variables should be left-padded with zeroes and right-justified. Null variables should be blank.”
Based on the text above, we noticed few numerical field types such as Group_ID, Vendor_ID in the THEAD section which are not right justified and left-padded with zeros and are instead left justified and right-padded with blanks.
