Symptoms
When attempting to import XER, P6 Professional get stuck in Saving changes, and the following error is raised in the database.

Sql = INSERT INTO xxxxxxxx, Error Msg = ORA-00001: unique constraint (xxxx.PK_xxxxxx) violated"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import a XER with multiple projects into P6 Professional.
2. The application gets stuck in Saving changes.
