Symptoms

When attempting to open a Business Process record the following alert occurs:

"You do not have permission to access this record".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Attempt to open the impacted Business Process record as the impacted user.
  2. Observe the alert.
