FAW: Data Action Not Visible On Workbook When Embedded With Decks

Symptoms
After embedding a Card belonging to a Deck with a “Summary" Workbook having a Data Action created for a “Detail" Workbook. Able to navigate from the Card to “Summary" Workbook but upon right click unable to see "Detail" Workbook.
Steps to reproduce the problem.
- Create a 'Data Action' link referring to Create Data Actions to Connect Visualization Canvases in a “Summary” Workbook on Canvas 1 in order to navigate to a “Detail” Workbook on Canvas 2.
- Embed the "Summary" Workbook on a Deck's Card referring to Add Related Links to a Card.
- Navigate from the Card to the “Summary" Workbook.
- Notice that the “Summary” Workbook does not show the Data Action link created for the “Detail" Workbook.
When the “Summary" Workbook is edited from Catalog, able to see the 'Data Action' link created for the “Detail" Workbook
